I qualified as a reflexologist in 2021 and since then, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills in both general reflexology, reproductive reflexology and reflexology lymphatic drainage. Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage
Using award winning techniques, devised by eminent reflexologist, Sally Kay, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage is a must try therapy for people who are suffering the effects of lymphoedema, as a result of cancer treatment. Initially desgined to treat the effects of lymphoedema on Breast Cancer patients, this focussed technique has been developed and can be applied to other areas of the body. RLD can also be used to assist with auto immune conditions including asthma, eczma, fybromyalgia and arthirits amongst others.
I use this as a stand alone treatment and also incorporate this into my regular treatments for clients to maximise the beneficial effects of each reflexology session.
