What is Reproductive Reflexology?

There are many reasons why couples may struggle to conceive naturally. This can be down to stress, lifestyle, medications, or certain reproductive issues that mean it may take longer to get that positive test result. I work with couples, or individuals, to gain an in depth understanding of their personal situation. Together, we devise a bespoke treatment plan to address any potential issues, and create the optimum environment for conception and sustaining a pregnancy.
Support with Assisted Conception
If you have been trying to conceive naturally and have not been successful, you may have discussed the option of assisted conception. This may be a stressful time for you both, and understanding the different tests and procedures involved in this process can be confusing. If you have decided to try for a baby using assisted conception, Reflexology can support you in a number of ways.
From an extensive knowledge around the process of assisted conception, IUI and IVF/ICSI cycles, to practical support, using tried and tested Reflexology protocols, working with a reflexologist during this time could significantly improve your chances of a successful outcome.
How does it work?
I am trained in Reproductive Reflexology and am full member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (MARR). I have been specially trained, using structured and prescriptive treatment protocols, to support couples to conceive naturally.
An integrative approach is used, combining medical testing, monitoring of your own cycle, lifestyle changes and specific reflexology protocols to support at every stage. For men experiencing issues with sperm quality, a simple sperm analysis can reveal if there are any underlying issues. If necessary further testing can be completed and a programme of reflexology treatments designed to support improvement in overall quality of sperm and the essential DNA it contains.
People experiencing fertility issues can sometimes feel like they have lost control, I work with couples to ensure that they are fully involved and informed every step of the way.

Everybody's fertility journey is different, which is why I adopt a holistic approach to treatment, working with you to achieve the best possible outcome.
Personally, I have supported a number of couples to fall pregnant naturally and also through the various forms of IVF including medicated, natural and FET cycles. I am happy to say that there have been many positive pregnancy tests. It is wonderful to see couples achieve their dream of having a baby and I love cuddles from their bundles of joy when they come back to visit!

Update 11 months later: Having continued with Hannah over the last 11 months, I wanted to update this review as I have now had experience of her reproflexology and am now 6 months pregnant. She has been an amazing support, both physically and emotionally. Knowing that I've been able to DO something about it and help my body to be in sync has made a massive difference to the outcome.
