Terms and Conditions

By booking a treatment, you engage in Happy Feet Healing's “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all purchases of services via our booking platform, direct message (email, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger), or telephone.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a treatment. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Good Practice Policy for Happy Feet Healing

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).

Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology.
As an AoR member: I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics. I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.
I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indenmity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of £5 million cover. I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date. I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate GDPR policy. Your information will remain confidential at all times. As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.

Bookings and Payments

By booking a treatment with Happy Feet Healing, you are committed to paying for the service, either in full at the time of booking online, by bank transfer prior to your 1st appointment if arranged directly with me or by cash or debit/credit card at the time of the appointment.

Refunds, Cancellations and No-Shows

No payment will be expected if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, will be liable to pay 100% of the treatment cost. The cancellation fee will be required to be paid in full prior to your next booked appointment. Payments accepted by bank transfer or card payment over the phone. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will give as much notice as possible, and an alternative appointment time will be offered to suit your needs.

Opening Hours

Happy Feet Healing offers appointments at various times throughout the week. Full availability can be found on the website, where you can book your appointment directly.

Request by appointments outside of normal working hours, can be made by using the contact form on the website. It is not guaranteed that appointment requests outside of normal working hours will be accommodated.

Prices

Prices for services are detailed on the booking form and can be obtained by contacting Happy Feet Healing directly. Price increases will be notified to existing clients with 4 weeks notice.
